Za’abeel

Situated within the expansive Bur Dubai district, Za’abeel occupies a strategic position at the heart of Dubai’s historical and modern zones. Encompassing Al Kifaf, Za’abeel 1, and Za’abeel 2, this large community flanks Bur Dubai’s southern border and boasts direct eastern access to Dubai Creek.

Za’abeel is distinguished by its iconic landmarks, including Zabeel Park and the Za’abeel Palace.
